How to Time Your Event Spray Tan
Book your spray tan 1–2 days before your event so the color is fully developed. Schedule hair removal, nails and other services before your tan. On the day of your appointment, shave and shower, exfoliate with a body scrub to remove dead skin cells, remove makeup, and skip perfume and deodorant. Short on time? After Your Spray Tan
After your appointment, wear dark, loose clothing and open shoes such as flip-flops. Avoid wearing a bra. Keep your skin dry and avoid sweating while your tan develops, including rain and water from activities such as washing dishes. Wait 4–5 hours before showering. For your first rinse, use only water and avoid using a sponge or loofah. After each shower, moisturize your skin to help maintain your glow.
